Re-dying your hat

We offer a unique service for re-dying our hats. As our hats are made from natural fibers they will fade over time, in particular blue based colours. Most milliners do not offer this service as it’s not exactly an easy or exact science, colours will vary depending on the original base colour of the hat. We offer this service because we feel that because our hats last such a long time, they should continue to look good too.

There are a few things you need to know about this service.

We do not offer re-dying for our Men’s hat range. We do not re-dye other brands hats.

The service costs $10 (this includes a new silk sash and hat elastic) plus $10 postage (registered post). For international customers the cost for postage is $26 Australian. Please contact us if you wish to pay online.

YOU MUST send hat to us via registered post. We will not take responsibility of the hat if it gets lost in transit. The easiest way in Australia is to send via express post.

YOU MUST enclose payment for re-dye with the hat or have made other arrangements.
